Semiconductor cooling plates chill on contact and sit where blood runs closest to the surface of the neck. That's contact cooling, not just moving warm air around — the difference you feel in the first ten seconds.

Q1How long does the battery last?

Up to eight hours on the lowest fan speed with cooling off. With the plates running on high, expect three to four hours. Two hours to charge fully over USB-C.

Q2Does it actually cool, or just blow air?

Both. The semiconductor plates chill on contact against the sides of the neck, which is the part you feel immediately. The vents add airflow across the collar on top of that.

Q3Is it quiet enough for a desk or an office?

Around 30 dB on low — quieter than most laptop fans. On the highest speed it's clearly audible, though still not disruptive in a normal room.

Q4Will it catch long hair?

No. It's bladeless, and the vents exhaust down and outward rather than up toward the hairline. Nothing spins in the open.

Q5How fast does it ship?
